PineCrest's staff will embrace you the moment you arrive. They are always "at your service" ready to reduce your worry and increase your enjoyment of living at PineCrest. We feel so strongly about keeping you "on the go" that we have three activities directors who have that sole purpose in mind. They put together an ever-changing, lively calendar of events that keeps PineCrest residents "on the move". As for the rest of our staff members, they're top notch! The members of our management team have been with us since the beginning. We think that speaks well of their commitment to PineCrest and the people who live here.

My name is Michelle Waller and I have worked as a Registered Nurse in the Nursing Department for the past 11 years. I came to work at Pinecrest because of how nice the facility looked and its reputation for good care and I wanted to be a part of it. What I enjoy most about my job is establishing a relationship with the residents and the families of the residents and just helping to make their day a little better. What I like about Pinecrest is the pleasant working environment.
My name is Janie Havard and I have worked as the Front Desk Receptionist for the past 2 years. I came to work at Pinecrest because I tried to stay home after owning a business for 25 years, but it wasn't for me. I'm a people person and am happiest when I'm busy. What I enjoy the most about my job is being able to interact with our residents and guests. I get to know them, about their children and even their grandchildren. If I can answer questions or assist them in any way, I'm always glad to do so. What I like about Pinecrest is "The People." The residents are some of the funniest and most interesting people you will find anywhere and my co-workers are the hardest working and most dedicated group of people I've ever known. I'm proud to be part of the Pinecrest family. Residents can be as busy as they want by participating in the many activities at Pinecrest. They can play bridge; there are several groups at Pinecrest. There is a group of ladies that crochet and eating out and shopping is just two more of the many things our residents can enjoy.
My name is Louis Torres and I have worked as a Painter in the Maintenance Department for the past 7 years. I came to Pinecrest because my impression was that it looked friendly and also a nice place to work. What I enjoy the most about my job are the residents. I've grown fond of them and they seem pleased by my work. What I like about Pinecrest is my co-workers, residents and everyone seems happy to be here and they truly care about each other. Pinecrest is a beautiful place to visit and stay!!
My name is Angel-Johnson Branch and I have worked as a Registered Nurse in the Nursing Department for the past 2 years. I came to work at Pinecrest because of the loving environment. I am currently working as the Director of Nursing. What I enjoy the most about my job is the open policy to express my Christianity and service to others. What I like most about Pinecrest is my co-workers and the residents.
